We at The Dairy are committed to supplying good, wholesome, fresh and interesting products with a distinctive Cornish flavour. Whilst supplying all the things a discerning customer would expect from a quality dairy our cheeses include many local favourites for example, Yarg, Davidstow Cheddar,Cornish Organic Brie, a stunning local Goat Brie, Cornish Blue and Village Green as well as other quality cheeses from the Westcountry and beyond..  

Our Pure Apple Juice from Cornish Orchards is just to die for.

We are also very proud of our range of products baked superbly on the premises. One would expect to find amazing pasties made with local vegetables and diced Cornish steak but our pies are beginning to gain national recognition. Starting from the old favourite individual egg and bacon pie, a Cornish tradition, we have developed the theme through the sausage, egg and bacon pie to The Full Monty consisting of sausage, egg, bacon, tomato, mushrooms and herbs hand blended in a manner and in proportions known only to us! Our sausage rolls, steak pies and range of four different flavours of individual flans are also available to delight the palate. Sweet items are not neglected we make superb confectionery items too numerous to mention and our proud boast is "tell us what you want, give us a days notice and, as the man says- you got it" The most interesting cheesecake made so far is probably white rum and passionfruit but cherry and Kirsch was tasty!  

In short we aim to provide the best there is and to that end supply Martins of St. Austell bread including their award-winning Hemp loaf.  

The service? Well, we are always busy but will devote as much time as it takes to provide you, the customer with the very best. Trouble is... try not to come in the shop if you are in a hurry, excellent, individual service can take time.
